许艳,二级教授,博士研究生导师,民盟盟员。现任美高梅生物医学工程教研室主任,黑龙江生物医学工程学会常务理事。
致力肿瘤生物信息学研究,主要专注于基于剂量效应的非编码RNA与转录因子对癌症协同调控的机制研究;整合多组学数据的癌症相关互作与协同调控紊乱机制的研究;基于单细胞测序数据的肿瘤耐药分子机制研究等工作。主持国家及省厅级课题9项。在《美高梅》,《美高梅》,《British Journal of Cancer》,《美高梅》,《美高梅》,《Journal of the Royal Society Interface》,等学术知名刊物上发表科研文章30余篇。获得计算机软件著作权1项,黑龙江省高校科技奖二等奖(第一)1项。
指导研究生科学研究,4人获国家级研究生奖学金,1人获省优秀研究生毕业生,4人获学校优秀研究生称号;指导本科学生毕业设计,5人获校优秀毕业生;指导大学生数学建模竞赛,获得国家级二等奖、省级二等奖、美国数学建模竞赛二等奖等奖项。
